Hi Mark my wrist feels great most of the time and my shoulder/ arm is going to take some time . I think I have two more weeks in the sling and lord only knows how much PT. Thank you for checking on me

It took me a long time and PT , I ripped the rotor cuff more than half way around at first when they fixed it it was like limp I couldn't move it , I can't remember how long the PT was . I know it was fall when I went in and spring was not far off when it was done . Good luck and stick to young lady .

Unfortunately, even when you're all healed it seems like it still takes forever to recover and regain strength.
