Went to the in laws grave and then to S Jersey to Delicious Orchards. Got a sour cherry pie, a pumpkin pie and a LOT of vegetables. I'll be cooking and freezing the next couple of days. Tomorrow will be creamed spinach and sweet and sour red cabbage. Later tomorrow or Sat. I'll make stuffed peppers and freeze a bunch.

Sour Cherry pie sounds good!

Quick and easy for making suppers. Frozen stuffed peppers are even better than when freshly made.

I haven't made those for a long time, thanks for the reminder!

Good very early morning! I have one more procedure with a laser to finish the first eye once it’s done healing. I had a gnarly cataract in that eye and the doc needs to finish cleaning that up. It is supposed to be painless and no time off work needed.
At the moment I feel like I have sand in my eye and I’ve been up every two hours and can’t stay asleep. There is definitely a nap in my future today.

With a secretary doing my replies of course! I’m here this morning doing them myself though. Gotta make the old eyes work together again so I can go back to work. This is my exercise
