I know it sounds awful to say, but we will be thrilled if MIL likes the place. She & my husband just can't get along. (Two peas in a small pod!)

Those are pretty cool! We watched a documentary about avalanches and one of those backpacks saved a guys life. Amazing what people come up with!

My youngest son is an avid hiker. We bought him a survival stick a few years back. It was amazing what all was packed in there! He loves it.

We do have a laser pointer but that's a game he only plays with DH. Opie's funny that way.

The vet recommended Science Diet for Hairballs formula to get his weight down. My cats don't have a hairball problem but the vet said it has a lot of fiber in it so that might keep Opie from eating so much.

We use iams hairball cat food for our cats.
