My 1.5 gallon heated dog dish serves the 25 hens just fine, I fill it in the morning. There is always water in it when I get there even if it is 10 AM.

@bruceha2000 We don’t seem to have to have the “crowded Walmart” problem simply because we don’t have the population that larger states and cities do. So the number of people in Walmart doesn’t vary much, regardless of what day we go.

I will sometimes go out of my way to a more expensive store just to avoid the crowds.

My nearest Walmart is 36 miles away and the shelves are bare a lot. We didn’t go there.
