They won the first game 5/4 bottom of the 9th inning. We did not stay for the second game. See on their website that they lost 2/0. The other team was made up of very capable hitters.

Good morning everyone. Debby I bet you’re ecstatic about returning to shorts and T-shirt’s most of the year! I couldn’t do snow, every time I even think back on memories as a kid I cringe lol. Speaking of kids, the oldest grandson is a teenager now, his birthday was yesterday. He has had the attitude for a while though. Poor kid jumped in to break up a fight between Frank and their dog and he ended up with the worst of it. Someone told him, per some dog whisperer show, that you should grab the dogs by their back legs and lift and the fight would stop. Nope, whoever said that obviously wasn’t dealing with bullies or terriers. Fortunately no trip to the ER, the boy just has puncture wounds, but we’re keeping the dogs separated as much as possible for a few days and they are all going through some reinforcement training on how we behave when someone comes to the door. The grand dog Layla is going to learn to listen in general; she’s just like her people but I can fix the dog. My dad has moved to a skilled nursing facility on my side of town. At this point he’s being kept comfortable and that’s pretty much it. No meds for anything but pain and he has feeding tube. With fuel as expensive as it is we’re all working with Mom to make sure someone from the family checks on him daily and hospice is also checking on him regularly. My mom said he seems much more comfortable and relaxed so that’s a good thing. I’ll go see him today with hubs, I haven’t been able to visit since before he went to the hospital. Anyway, sorry for the novel, have a great day all!

Happy birthday to your teenager! Sounds like he was lucky he didn't end up in the ER, that could have gone much worse with the dogs. Keeping your dad and family in my thoughts and prayers
