Sitting inside at the moment. The temperature is great, but the wind gusts are around 25mph! I'll have to brave it soon, those roosters are calling for me.

My husband is diabetic, and eats Keto. I stuck to Keto for about 18 months, I'm closer to Paleo nowadays, but I cheat. I love fresh vegetables. But.. On my birthday, the grands brought me cake...and I ate it.
I can't think of a better birthday plan, than to spend it with one's pets!
