Bundled up and heading out into the cold. We’re gonna drive out of the lights of Cowley and enjoy the Northern Lights. I can see them faintly from the guest room window, but there’s a street light just across and it’s glaring too much.

Ooooo did you get any pictures?

Nope. In fact, once we got out there….it was only about a mile out of town to our usual observation spot….the colors were still very faint. They were dancing like crazy, but just not as bright as I’ve seen them out here before.
