I have mixed feelings about an autonomous car of any kind.
I hate not being in control, however as age advances, and reflexes and vision deteriorate, I think I'd like a car that chauffeured me around and talked to me, too. A good tour guide/ driver would be awesome.

There's a thread out here where they talk about "driver assist" I don't want a computer second guessing me ever! AI/ML has it's advantages in a number of applications, but it's something that can go terribly wrong in the wrong application.
