All is well, I think I saw something about high temperatures out west coming back. Stay safe!

We are going to have temps up to 112 on Sunday and Monday of next week. We will have 9 days of over 100F.

The heat this summer is pushing be to get a new central AC. The old one is broken and I am using a mini split and a window AC to cool the house. We are about 2 tons short for cooling the square feet we have.

It is year round. But this area is heavy on tourism and a lot of those people are back home now with vacations over and kids back in school.
