Thanks Debby! It is good. I put spaghetti seasonings, chili powder, salt, green pepper, onions, whole black peppers, and minced garlic in it. I wanted to make spaghetti sauce but I don’t have the patience for it to cook down.
Tomatoes are so slow to ripen this year. I grew Roma’s for spaghetti sauce and they need to step up to the plate It was mostly 4th of July tomatoes that I used. They are mostly seed and juice.
I did 10 pints of green beans in July.
