We have been much cooler! the weekend will be back up a bit to 95F...but I will bake bread anyway!
I have to say one thing when I bake bread in the winter the dough needs a little coaxing to rise. I put warm water halfway in a big pot and the dough inside another pot and set it in the pot of water.

I have a dough proofer that keeps the temp at whatever I set it too. For sourdough I use 78F and for yeast breads, I use 85F.

It was a Christmas present one year.

The one I have is a proofer, slow cooker and yogurt maker. I use it to proof bread and make yogurt
