Hi all. We ended up with 7 chicks for this first time mama. She was talking to them and showing them food this morning. Ended up with three Nn, two are black and one is white with chipmunk stripes. The rest look like Australorp chicks.

I had SS in my first flock and loved them...sounds like yours is a good mama

Yes it is! And sometimes when you get it home and start your project you realize it’s not what you hoped. I’m glad it worked out well for you.

And unlike paint it is way too expensive to change your mind about a floor!

I used to enjoy the brisk mornings in Tampa, setting on the balcony with a hot cup of coffee and the smell of jet exhaust in the air.

You lost me at "the smell of jet exhaust in the air." There is NOTHING pleasant about that stench!

I bet I don’tMy friend is forcing me to go to Iowa this weekend for my Nephews fiancé’s bridal shower. We’re both invited. I’m having one for her the Saturday after Thanksgiving, so would rather not go. Hubby wants to put me in a tractor tomorrow for awhile…desperate I guess!
