It's never too early for santa. My mom once decorated for christmas before Halloween. Everyone thought she was nuts, but I do not (and it's not because she's my mom). She was very smart. I'm going to do a poll on would you like to decorate for christmas before christmas season. I know @Isadora is on my side.

My mom always started decorating for Christmas in October. My dad loved Halloween, so we had overlapping decor.

My son's boys used to stay with me a lot. They watched it on repeat when they were 3 and 5. That theme song sure gets stuck in my head.
