Are you having turkey at Thanksgiving? The news is telling me it’s going to be super expensive this year, so buy boxed stuffing and generic items to make the meal cheaper. I don’t think so.

It's just the 2 of us at Thanksgiving so I usually just get a turkey breast. Probably a good idea for me to look for one now. I usually buy generic stuff anyway so that part isn't any different.

Groceries in general keep getting more expensive, so it's not surprising holiday meals will be pricier. :rolleyes:

We’re just getting a breast this year. There’s no room in my freezer for a full sized bird and I don’t care for leftovers this year.

I don’t mind buying generic, but the only thing I make from canned or boxed items is the green bean casserole.
