Sleep Number was a problem for us, not so much the mattress but their customer service. We won't be doing any more business with them, one really bad occurrence was enough. But everyone's experience is different, must have been a good one for you.

We've not had need to deal with Sleep Number's customer service. Sorry you had difficulty, if we need to call them I hope we fare better!

We had trouble right out of the gate...they delivered the wrong mattress & bedding and wanted to debate the point even though I had all the paperwork that spelled it out. It almost took an act of congress to set it straight. Since you made it past the point of delivery, you might be ok!
