The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Would you mind explaining this in more detail Janie? Do you just grate and bake? How do you then use it for pizza crust?
I grate & add seasonings, spread it (thin) over the parchment, and bake at 400 in a convection oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy brown. Let it cool, and then slice it into pieces with a pizza cutter and store in the refrigerator. I heat pieces in the microwave, when I want to use them as snacks or crackers.
To make a pizza crust, I just cook it 5 minutes in the oven, add ingredients and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes more at 400 convection.
For seasonings I use red pepper, a tiny bit of salt, parmesean, and if I'm snacking, I like to add Everything Bagel Jalapeño flavor.

Fabulous, no work today! How’s school going? Did you have a test you were studying for right around the new year? How did that go?
I'm behind  . I can't get past a problem and it's probably the simplest mistake but it's throwing everything off. I reached out to the teacher last night. All those numbers can get confusing.

Thanks for the info! I’m going to give this a try.

I was reading a blog where someone just uses Sargento thin sliced cheese cut into quarters to make crackers. I also found an almond flour cracker recipe which looks promising.

I hear you! I used to do accounting for a trucking company back in the day and they definitely can run together. I hope you get it figured out.

be sure and post the recipes!

Oh to clarify, I like the Swerve confectioners, I haven't tried the classic because I usually dislike stevia.

Hoooray! What do you have planned for this lovely Monday?
It’s dark and dreary and raining so whatever I do it’ll be inside unfortunately. I bought myself an immersion cooker so learning how to use that at the moment. Probably a little housework later, nothing special. Got the grandkids.
