Knowing when is a big decision. It's sort of like trying to figure out how long you can afford to live on retirement savings and SS vs. having the time (and the good health) to enjoy it.

That is very true!

My factors are more health insurance costs and getting to 30 years for my pension. Hitting 65 takes care of the insurance cost and getting to Sept. or October of 2025 will get me to 30 years.

I am lucky since I have an old fashioned pension that is fairly good.

Health is a big factor too, for both me and the DW.

I’m working on my first cup of coffee, ask me in a little bit How are you?
I see my $50 for my phone case was refunded to my credit card this morning so that makes me happy. The guy who tried to fix my phone didn’t charge me as he couldn’t fix it. I asked him if he broke it cuz he was acting guilty as heck. He said, “I don’t think so, but I don’t know as it came in working”. Sounds like a guilty verdict to me. It doesn’t even turn on. I have to go get a phone this weekend
