I have two standards (one rooster and one 5 month old cockerel) together with the standard pullets and hens. Two of my 7 month old bantams, together with their pullets. And one bantam (7 month) by himself..he has a new home but hasn't been picked up yet. He interacts with the standard flock right now, so isn't too lonely.

I used that almond flour and cheese cracker recipe to make jalapeños bagels. I added one egg, and a few sliced jalapeños. I baked them in a donut pan. They came out beautifully, and taste great!
