All is well around here.
I'm cooking a big lunch for today. I promised Jim faux potato salad (cauliflower replaces potatoes), deviled eggs, banana pudding, barbecued pork ribs.
The ribs are cooking and the salad, eggs, and pudding are chilling.

Wow, that sounds like a feast! Is there a special occasion?

No occasion. Just so many eggs! I cooked the dogs a dozen yesterday and the chickens 3 dozen. I counted earlier and I still have more than 20 dozen. I told the kids and a few friends to come get some.

I have 10 hens and got 6 eggs yesterday. That is a lot for us!
