Sadly, those aren't far from the the truth. I think I hurt it when I lifted a cast iron Dutch oven off the stove. At least dinner was good.

I'm some better but I'm not going to sit here as much as usual, thanks for asking.

Those darned things are heavy, especially when you have to pick one up getting it out of the oven. Thankfully, DH did the clean up and the putting away part of dealing with it.

This is why I got a small Dutch oven, but also why I quit using my cast iron skillet. Too darn heavy! I’m glad your hubs helped you out, hope you’re feeling better though.

Mallard ducklings! I lost one the first day I got them. But I just cared for them and they are all fine this beautiful morning.
