Yes, the "tough love" version of help ;)

That is because you are much sweeter than he is! Plus you don't have tough old man skin ;)
That’s good though, need that hah I’m already having issues from it. I have fatty liver they think plus high ish liver numbers and something up with my kidneys that I’ve been getting tested for. But idk if all that is related to the diabetes or not.

It may all be related to diabetes and fluctuations in blood sugar. You really need to take control of your health. It isn't easy, but it will change your life for the better, and you'll be happier. You are in charge!
I've found keeping a health journal is helpful. Write down what you eat, & why you ate it, how you felt afterwards. List your goals, schedule your exercise, keep account of your improvements and setbacks.
Someday you'll look back and be thankful that you made changes, or you'll look back wistfully. It's up to you.

More great advice! Thank you! I actually am seeing a diabetes specialist person next month and they said I had to start keeping track of what I eat before I see her. The high liver numbers were originally because of an incident from last year but then they started going down and got pretty low but now they’re going back up again. So idk if it’s from my meds (some of them can do that they said) or diabetes or both or neither orrrr ???

Numbers. I’ll probably delete later but just wanted y’all to have an idea. 😬🙈 liver stuff first 3, sugar last 2. 😬

Thanks, this is really good info! I do need to start testing too. I don’t currently  but yeah, I’ve definitely been better about eating healthy but still not perfect. I still want sodas or candy or cookies or whatever. I don’t allow myself to eat it all the time though. Usually I get the zero sugar or diet sodas but sometimes I get a real one
Some of those fake sweeteners can actually impact your sugar levels too from what I read so be careful with those.

I need a Coca Cola once in a while ;) and ice cream or a popsicle from time to time. Nobody is perfect!

The kidney issues definitely could be tied to diabetes.
