Thank you!!! It is lithium tbh but yeah. It was really low dose before to the point it was sub therapeutic according to the blood test in March and the psychiatrist but they said it was fine since I was fine. Till I started not being fine. And they decided to raise it and it’s definitely working already. I feel much better.

I'm glad someone feels my pain, lol. I was taught being on time was the same as being late. So I'm always ready early and then wait. And wait. And etc.

Me too! My father was always big on being early otherwise you’re late. I don’t understand how I married someone who is a total opposite lol.
