I am doing well today. So far this week I am staying on point with my exercises. I rode the exercise bike on Sunday and did my flexibility and weight exercises yesterday. Today is riding the exercise bike so hopefully I will manage to get that one in too!

Swinging in to say hello to everyone I've missed throughout the day :frow

Looks like we'll be heading out of Florida this Friday. Rental truck is lined up and most all our stuff is now packed. My car has been serviced. There's about a one week gap between when we have to be out of here until we can take possession of the KY house so arrangements have been made to board the kitties (they are going to be so mad!). And my son changed his flight home reservations so he can help me drive to KY and then he'll fly out of the airport there instead of here. What a guy, I'm so grateful to have a kid like him ❤️
