Hi DMC, getting a jump on baking the cupcakes sounds like a good idea. What flavor are you making?
Chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet. I tried this in my red velvet and I liked it. They seemed to be more fluffy. I want to try lemon next. I’m going to bake some gluten free vanilla cupcakes in a little bit. One of my co-workers has gluten issues and she never gets to eat at potlucks so we’ll see how they turn out. IMG_3313.jpeg

I've never seen that red velvet emulsion, where did you find it? Does it color the batter better without getting that red coloring taste?
