We are having a heat wave but not too bad yet! Yesterday was 94F and tomorrow is 96F.

I hope the heat starts to get rid of the black gnats.

The Quarter is winding down so now I get to move onto our summer projects.

The new three zone mini split is working well at home too.

It is both a heater and an A/C. I saved a lot of Money last year with the one I have in the living room. Some with similar houses had over $600.00 Heating bills each month last winter. Our highest was $310.00 so we save about $300.00 per month for Dec. to March.

My Mom is making payments on her bill from last winter. My youngest DD, a nephew and I installed a 4 zone mine split for Mom last month. It will be a game changer for her if the Gas prices are as high next winter, which seem likely.

I need to water my flowers and the garden. It’s cool this morning so I’ll do that after breakfast. We are going to Menards today to exchange an electrical box. Other then that, nothing.
I do know how things go. Are you putting a new sink in?

Sink will be tomorrow, I just cooked for a couple of days so there’s no mess and no need to in case it takes more than a day for some reason.
