My son put an offer in on that house. They were asking $299,000. He offered $235,000 and my other son would take care of the sewer as it has to be redone. I doubt he will get it for that offer. The biggest issue found with the house was that all water runs towards it, so work has to be done to slope it away from the house. We have equipment to do it.

I'm invested in this like a novel. Please let us know what happens, and if he should happen to get the house, take a ton of before and after pictures!

My flock likes that too Janie. I have a kiddie pool and put the ice in that and they walk in it, stand on it and sip the water. This made me think of you instantly

I will let you know. I did take a bunch of pictures already. He told the realtor it’s a low ball offer but it’s not worth any more then that. There’s too much that needs to be done to it. The only thing new on it is the roof.

Oh my goodness Janie! I used to feel bad for my chickens when it got hot here. It was never what you have.
