I will. He’s already said if they don’t accept, they can list it. It is just not worth what they are asking.

I'm waiting to see what the house near the interstate sells for. Asking half a million. I wouldn't pay half that to live 200' from the interstate. If it sells for anywhere near that it will be to people from Boston or other areas where half a million doesn't buy a studio condo in the bad part of town and they are used to a lot of noise.

What, she can't put in an offer before she leaves? I think he needs a new realtor, this one isn't motivated.
