All is good - moved my wedding band back. Last night when I showered found another tick embedded in my right armpit.

What's your favorite method of removing ticks Sour?

Dog/wood ticks are relatively easy. I gently but firmly grab them between thumb and forefinger and slowly pull them off - they release readily. Deer ticks are more of a problem as they frequently embed themselves up to 50% or more of their body. Upon occasion I have gone to a doctor to have them removed. If you check and remove frequently it's not much of a problem. The longer they embed, the harder they are to remove.

I got one on me when we were moving into our house last month. Couldn't tell you which kind it was, but it was tough to get out. We ended up smothering it with Neosporin to get it out.
