That sucks Chrissy, I know how you feel! Can you take Zyrtec? Helps me a lot with my hives.
 
My son heard back from the realtor yesterday. They counter offered $258,500. They wanted $299,000. He’d have to do the sewer and they’d pay half the closing costs. That tells me they wanted way more then it’s worth. He initially said he wouldn’t take a counter offer and they could list it. He has until Monday afternoon to let them know.

Keep us updated! I hope they can work k it out somehow, a family farm would be so much better than having a commercial farm over there.

It was a nice surprise. This is the first time I’ve met her boyfriend. They’ve been together for quite some time. I told her I didn’t want to meet him. She was married to her husband for 13 years and we did a lot of stuff together. She wasn’t happy for many years of that marriage. They were basically roommates. This guy makes her happy.

Hi Janie, we all have to break down eventually :lol: DH is going to drag me out to the stores when he comes home from work, I guess there are things I "need" to look at. He's much more of a shopper than me.
