I can’t do music, it’s one of the things I struggle with. Some of the notes are too much at the volume I need. I use TinnitusPlay; right now I like pink noise over a waterfall but I change it from time to time depending on what feels good. My preference is usually fans.

My daughter listens to something really different. I'll ask her again what it is. I tried it, but it's kind of weird to me. Scratching and clicking noises. It has a name.

Have to agree with Chrissy...that would drive me nuts. But whatever works (I keep the ceiling fan going to help me sleep).
