Pretty sad that people need to learn how to spot a kid in crisis, but given the times we live in, it's important. Hope you all never have that sort of situation to deal with.

I hope so too. The kids have changed. You still have your good kids but there’s a lot of kids that come from unstructured homes and it shows.
The biggest thing is for people to start reporting what they are seeing, instead of ignoring and hoping the issue will resolve itself.

Today I stepped it up and made it out of croissant for him. I always skip it as coffee is my breakfast lol. If I ate French toast, I'd got back to bed till noon.

I love breakfast first thing in the morning. Maybe it's from my parents drilling it into us kids that it was the most important meal of the day
