Don't we all. Just save it and let the kids throw it out when you're gone. After all, I'm sure they left plenty of their own junk when they moved out.

Now that's funny! I was telling DH the other night we're like gold fish...the bigger our tank, the bigger we get. Bigger house, more stuff.

I warned my son back when I moved from WY and then again from FL, someday this will all be his. :gig

My granddaughter when she was around three was very "handsy". She wanted to pick up and look at everything that was breakable. I was getting onto her for handling the glass ornaments that Christmas. She got her feelings hurt, so I told her that when I died, she could have all my pretty things. She replied in a very excited voice: "When you gonna die? When you gonna die Grommy?" 🤣
(Now I couldn't force my things on her.)
