That is one bonus to kids getting older an on their own! I do need to do one load, almost forgot until you posted...I only thought my chores were done.

Likewise. I have a load waiting. My mother thought it was a sin to wash on Sundays. I just think cleanless is next to godliness and I need all the help I can get.

Have I entered a time warp and it is spring there but fall here? Or is there such a thing as a fall blooming crocus?

The fence guy showed up today and told DH he would be done by this afternoon. He's working by himself with 2 broken toes. What do you think, can he do it?

Man from U.N.C.L.E was a good show. I've never seen any NCIS version, not my thing. Even the ads turn me off.

I'm not surprised about the tv show, it would have been way before you were born. Maybe the 60's?

And that is why everyone is unhappy with him. Had a guy like that work on my house over 30 years ago. Taking money from the next deposit to pay for things on a current project but not paying his suppliers. The concrete company that put in the foundation called me asking for money. Um, no, I paid the contractor, he pays you.

It is telling that it is 1 PM and you haven't posted that he has shown up and is making great progress. What sort of fence will it be?

Totally understandable. Those types of shows aren’t for everybody. For me, I love them lol

Ta-da! The fence is now complete. It "only" took from July 16th until today, Sept. 30th. Wow, what a speed demon.

It's a 6' wooden privacy fence with a double door on one end. I'd go take a picture but I'm kind of burned out over the whole topic (and you all probably are too).
