I only know a couple of people that ever got it at all. We never did (knocking on wood.) He's healthy as a horse usually and still kicks his heels in the air so beats me why it kept getting him.

Brown recluse spiders are newish here but they are around now and increasing in numbers.

I am very careful around spiders.

They probably migrated from Colorado. Right @chrissynemetz

Just go to members on the home page, at the top of the members page you can pull down the menu and click on today's birthdays.

Same here. I have the constitution of a horse, but I've had confirmed covid 3 times. (2x after I was vacinated!)

He never got it after getting vaccinated, although said he almost died from the booster. He basically stayed in bed and then got dehydrated so then got weak and couldn't walk. He's on the other side of the U.S. from us or I'd have been there but luckily a sister of mine was. He's been fine since, just can't smell or taste.

I was wondering that too. Hubby goes to the reduced-price day-old stuff every time he's in the grocery store so a pan of 4 big cinnamon rolls (I just ate one) was $2.79 instead of $3.99. A loaf like that would be at half. We toast or nuke most everything so it's all good!

That's just a little more than what the "good" bread costs here. Of course you can get a loaf of cheap stuff for $2, but it's so stale and dry it's inedible.
