I am lucky. All of our babies are special, but the 3 year old is so much fun.

Oh yes. He is great with the water spigot now. after 3 changes of clothes, I'm not sure his mom appreciated his independence.

I saw a wood cock today It was in the same spot where I saw one with babies last Spring. The chicks are the cutest birds I have ever seen! I am always so pleased to see one, for years they were so scarce. Nothing like a timberdoodle to make for a good day.

I had to look that up as we don't have those that I know of up here in Wisconsin. That reminds me of a killdeer cept killdeers have way longer legs.
