The house I grew up in was overrun with water moccasins and copperheads. I honestly don't know how none of us ever got bitten. :eek:

No, he’s stubborn and didn’t have health insurance when he was younger. He didn’t know he’d torn ligaments in his ankle when he was 30, just tightened the laces on his boot and kept hunting :rolleyes: and I didn’t meet him until after that. The broken leg was at least in an air cast and was a hairline fracture; that was the dr’s fault.

I remember years ago when a new housing development was built in the Denver area, people were having a big problem with rattlesnakes in their basements and crawl spaces. According to the stories, the development was built on a snake breeding ground. Guess it was another example of people encroaching on animal habitats.
