That’s good you got some sleep!! And right!! :lau although my therapist might change her mind on Tuesday. But I hope not. The psychiatrist didn’t seem to think it was necessary.

Father did the same thing with a hip injury while haying. End result was reduced mobility/pain/loss of muscle tone as he aged.
