It’s a feel like 18* kind of day today. Recess will be cold. I wonder how many of our kids come without coats today? It feels like winter today when I stepped outside.

That's something I'll never understand. The parents dressed up warm & cozy but the babies in barely anything at all. If they are cold, why wouldn't they think their children might be cold too?
