That's where Maggie always used to sleep. From the day we got her my feet were her 'safe' place. Her head was on my feet when she had her final seizure.

I hear you on finishing the dumb ones. I'm just stubborn enough that I will keep hoping a dud will improve eventually. Some don't. The last book I finished went in the dumb/donate pile.

There are way too many books for me to waste my precious time on a bad one

I hear you on the chicken thing. Another thing to consider depending on where you live, in some states (like FL) you have to pay tax on a prepared chicken but don't pay tax on one you get raw.

Anything served hot here is taxed.
