Good morning every one. It's in the bottom 40's here and I know that is warm for some of you but for us southerners it is frigid. We are read to break out the parkas and goose down.

Our low was 45F this morning. We will go up to 60F for a high with some light rain. We do hit lows in the mid 30s next week.

Our weather is wonderful now. A little chilly in the early mornings but sunny and not too cool in the afternoons. The wind isn't blowing us down either.

Well it is as windy as a dairy cow that got into a bin of bran but at least it is 10 or so warmer in the low 50's now so it is safe to handle a water hose again.

My granddad had a small family dairy farm and I remember him using a similar expression, thanks for the memory
