The NFC B-Day Chat Thread

Something else I need to do is some research on what foods can make arthritis worse or help. I have not done any of that yet. It is time now to do it I know.
Tomato I know will make my arthritis I don't even have yet come out. I love tomatoes so I just have to watch it and have like one slice, and not three whole ones.

And then there's the Odd Couple:

I can't even come close to the beauty of yours. But I took this earlier this year. It's a goldfinch or some call them canaries. This window is two feet from my desk where I type. He sat there for a half an hour watching me. Finally, I looked out the other window and saw the bird feeders were empty. You can imagine how fast they got filled. ☺️

Here's another finch. I loved watching them eat the seeds from wildflowers in the fall.

I took a few eagle photos while back home in FL one winter. It was a thrill just getting to see them in the wild.

We have so many bald eagles here. I was driving up to the highway to go to work one day and came upon 5 of them. They were eating on a dead fawn. We have 2 that fly through my back yard quite often. I’m afraid they are going to get my cats.
Awesome pictures.

Everywhere I've seen them is near water where they could fish. I watched the mates of the pair I was photographing bring fish to the nest for the one that was sitting on the eggs to eat. When an eaglet hatched the fish sorties pick up in numbers as the chicks had voracious appetites.
