Good morning everyone. It's still morning here. Ma went out with me and every one of the girls and boys got fed. I'm very worried about one of my big Delaware roosters. He stayed on the roost while we were in the coop. I watched him try to crow but he can only make a funny sound that's more like he is clearing his throat. Other than that he looks fine. Comb is bright red. Wish I was able to pick him up and check him out. All of the Delaware boys are easy to hold once you get them picked up. They don't struggle and will just go with the flow. Sometimes they will talk with you and sometimes let you do all the talking. I'll be resting today and tomorrow but Wednesday we have to make the trip over to Dothan for a Med appoint for Ma. Any hoot I'm about to eat a bite and find my bed and rest until time to do a water fountain check and put out some scratch as it will be frigid here in the morning. Cold enough there may be some ice on the fountains to break. Now I'm up to date here so I can rest in peace.
