When I used to have trouble with migraines, I'd lay down in a dark and quiet room. Maybe try that, no computer, no phone, just dark & quiet.

I made my first mistake of the day. I looked at the weather forecast. If it is right this will be the second day in a row that we will not see the sun. If anyone has some to spare can you bottle some up and spread it around down here in Lower Alabama, please?

I well remember the big city burbs on the north side. One lesson learned the hard way is don't walk with your hands in your pockets on an icy sidewalk...
