Yup. I've seen it when the filthy rich would argue over a penny. Reminds me of a night we were held up at the register by a pair of ladies arguing over how they could split a penny in change. They bought their two meals on a single check and the change for the two meals had an odd number of cents. Finally the cashier gave them an extra penny to get them on their way. From the size of the stones on their fingers they were anything but poor. I remember enough stories from the Great Depression that we try not to waste anything but still like a pain relieving hot shower that may tend to be a little longer than average. I tend to beat the chickens out of the leftovers from the fridge to counter that cost. :) I coast up to a stop light to save fuel and brake jobs too.

I got a chance to work on my mosaic for a while. It was fun to get back to it, I'd had to stop to wait for more tiles to be delivered. While we were out DH and I went to Home Depot to buy an area rug for the downstairs bedroom and out to eat a late lunch/early dinner.

Are you looking for a job like you had before or maybe something more "fun"?

Sounds like a nice day out.

I would like to avoid phones if possible, but any port in a storm as they say.

I never could bring myself to go to sleep during a tornado watch.
I sure don't miss those.
