Sure, you can have them. I've been roasting batches of them in the oven the past couple of weeks (little olive oil, s&p, a dash of garlic powder)....YUM, they are seriously good!

Guess I'll have to make my own trip to the store tomorrow. :)

I do that with asparagus ( with Parmigian too) cauliflower, and Brussel sprouts but I've never tried it with green beans. I'll try it next time.

Gotta love roasted vegetables, they're so tasty (and easy, which is as important as tasty). :lol:

It's a cold morning here. There's a dusting of snow on everything and it's only going to reach 37* today.
