I doubt they’ll replace them. We lost a 1:1 so that loosened up the schedule. I doubt I will like the change. My goal is to finish this year and possibly another and then I’m out of there.

If you finish up this year and possible another, you'll have lasted longer than others! You have a tough job DMC, my hats off to you for lasting so long.
