You guys do get really hot in the summer time. Do you have a lot of humidity where you are?

Oh yes. The humidity is what makes it so awful. We usually have above 50% even on the hottest days.

It does. It's almost a relief when it gets over the hundred mark so the humidity drops.

Eggs are gathered and feed is out. Now to make rounds with a cart loaded with bales of pine shavings. No coat required today. 60° and not extra windy. Spring is in the air.

I checked out the local movie theater for the first time, pretty nice! I saw "Migration" and it was a cute one.

P.S. @sourland I still want to see "Boys in the Boat" but it's been playing at 9:20pm and that's past my bedtime.
