We are expecting some really bad weather. Storms, hail, and tornado watches from 10p.m. to 3a.m. (no sleep tonight!)

They started cackling for a while, then got very quite. They are back at it now. Not many eggs today, though. They frogs got very, very noisy before it got dark.

Interesting to hear about the animals.

My hand is a lot better, thanks. Mostly just some tenderness in various spots. I'm glad I have a high tolerance for pain and heal fast (because no one ever wants to hear whining)

Not many things hurt for as long as a bad burn. Especially on your hand.

Not many things hurt for as long as a bad burn. Especially on your hand.

This burn was about a 5 out of 10.

The worst burn I've ever had was a 9 out of 10, that happened at the bbq restaurant. I had a gallon of sauce on the stove simmering and stuck a spoon in to stir and the sauce erupted all over my hand & arm. That was bad, that sticky sauce was horrible. Makes me cringe just remembering it.
