I'm looking forward to eventually having a full 24 hours without rain. I hope you all will dry out enough for productive farming soon.

I can’t believe you are still that wet. I bet everything is lush and green …and muddy.
We just had a thunderstorm. I have not looked at the rain gauge.
It is a good day for baking. Hubby put a new element in my oven this morning. I was baking a cake yesterday and it started to die while the second half was in the oven. It was for the shower on the 8th. I don’t know if I dare serve it now, except to us. I replaced the last element I believe in December.

Everything is green. We mow in the mornings and in the afternoon it rains. Repeat daily.
