We got a rain storm that wasn't predicted this morning. Guess the air was so full of moisture it couldn't hold it any more.

Hi Janie! It sparks joy! I think I will bake some cupcakes. I baked 6 dozen chocolate yesterday and put them in the freezer. The wind blew the heat right out of the house.

That's a lot of cupcakes DMC. Do you have a whole freezer just for your baked goods?

We have 2 big freezers. I’ve been working on using food from our upright, knowing I needed the space. I should be able to get it all in there. I did another 3 dozen today…2 dozen carrot and another dozen chocolate. I’ll wait a couple weeks and do the rest. My youngest has room in his freezer if I need it. I learned from my nephews wedding to do extra. He only had about 110 including the wedding party. I did 105 cupcakes and 55 cutout cookies. I did not have enough. I don’t imagine I will have problems getting rid of it

It's nice you'll have your sister on hand to help get things ready. I can't even imagine trying to bake treats for a huge crowd like you'll have.

You probably can't make too much. (Even though it might feel like it with the wear & tear on you!)
